Misson Matters
I supported Interfaith United (IU) was born in June 2020, the merger of Interfaith Affiliations of Brevard, Interfaith Connections, and United in Thanksgiving. Individually and collectively, these organizations had accomplished a great deal; bringing together community and faith leaders to celebrate their differences, while uniting in the common purpose of community service. To move boldly forward as a new organization, they first wanted to get clear on their mission—an essential foundation for any nonprofit. I was honored to support them.
Mentoring Matters
I was honored to assist the International Mentoring Society with a board recruitment strategy and to develop and facilitate a board orientation for new and existing members with the goal of growing IMS’s programs: Prosperity Bound, Mount Up, and Step Up.
Advocacy Matters
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I assisted Hollywood 4WRD in refining their mission and drafting a strategic plan to provide a formal structure and a blueprint for the future.
Connection Matters
I loved helping The Melbourne Regional Chamber (MRC) re-assess when the COVID-19 pandemic hit in the middle of their 5-year strategic plan. Though the pandemic presented many challenges, it also allowed the organization to pause and evaluate the best way to serve its membership, while also maintaining financial viability.
